The Breckinridge County Quilt Block Program is jointly sponsored by the Breckinridge County Extension Homemakers, Lincoln Trail Resource & Conservation and the Meade County RECC. Quilt blocks (8 x 8 ft in four sections) are painted on board and mounted on buildings. The program is designed to promote tourism, history, the arts, and cultural of the area.
